ABSTRACT
Objectives:
During the process of psychotherapy , there are specific changes that take sometimes expressed strongest moments in the transfer. These " decisive moments " are signs indicating the changes taking place within the system created jointly by the therapist and the patient. In the writings of Freud and Klein can see references to such " decisive moments " that are understood by them or as a moment of the severity of the transfer of the therapeutic relationship , or as an instance of the process of reparations in the lives of psychiatric patients. However, the concept of WR Bion's container and occurring within it the type of bond allows a fuller development of the concept of " the decisive moment ", which is reflected in the system transfer - countertransference . The observation of such " decisive moments " by the therapist allows him to conceptualize changes taking place within the transmission - countertransference , and determine the direction of these changes .
